You cannot just mind your business. You need to Mind Your Workplace.
Because the future of work is still human.
Leadership today is challenging.
You don’t have to navigate it alone.
You are navigating constant change, cultural shifts, people dynamics, and the pressure to keep up in a world that moves at the speed of AI. You care deeply about your people, yet you may feel stretched thin by burnout, disconnect, and decision fatigue.
You are not alone. Most leaders have the right intentions. They simply need a more human and evidence-based way forward.
Meet Christina Muller, LCSW
I am a licensed clinician with deep expertise in workplace mental health, traumatic stress, and leadership psychology.
Before becoming a clinician, I worked in marketing, which shaped my understanding of leadership and organizational dynamics.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a master’s degree in Clinical Social Work with a specialization in the World of Work. I completed post-graduate training in Traumatic Stress Studies through the Trauma Center at the Justice Resource Institute under Dr. Bessel van der Kolk. I also specialize in maternal mental health as it relates to work and well-being, with advanced training from the Selini Institute.
My Expertise includes:
- Traumatic stress and crisis leadership
- Burnout prevention and recovery
- Organizational psychology and culture strategy
- Human-centered leadership development
- Employee Assistance Programs
- Critical Incident Response and organizational recovery
This blend of clinical depth and organizational insight allows me to support leaders with a level of stability and understanding that traditional HR or business-only consultants cannot offer.

Strengthening workplaces from the inside out.
For nearly two decades, I have helped organizations strengthen resilience, rebuild trust, and create workplaces where people feel seen, valued, and essential to the mission. My expertise spans mental health, traumatic stress, crisis leadership, organizational consulting, and human-centered strategy.
My work has been featured in Forbes, Fortune, Fast Company, Newsweek, Kiplinger, The New York Post, and WorkLife. I have supported Fortune 500 companies, major healthcare systems, financial institutions, and national organizations through growth, pressure, disruption, and recovery.

I help you see what’s beneath the surface.
I help you identify the patterns that shape performance and well-being, including the emotions, systems, and unspoken dynamics that influence them.
Together, we turn insight into action.
You gain clear language, practical tools, and frameworks grounded in psychology and leadership science. You walk away more confident, supported, and prepared to lead in a complex world.
You care deeply, but the system often gets in the way.
Throughout more than twenty years in the working world, I have seen a consistent disconnect between what leaders want to create and what they feel is possible within their current pressures.
I created Mind Your Workplace to bridge that gap.
My mission is to give leaders the psychology, clarity, and practical tools they need to make their workplaces smoother, healthier, and more resilient—so that their intentions and their impact finally align.
