AI changes the work. People still carry it.

Christina Muller speaking to a group of leaders

AI programs are usually measured on tools deployed and hours saved. The load on the leaders in the middle — the people translating every decision, fielding every question, and absorbing what the plan misses — rarely shows up in those numbers.

AI adoption holds where people still feel they count.

When ownership is unclear, contributions go unseen, and support arrives too late.

My work helps leaders change that.

I work alongside CHROs and executive teams to make ownership, decisions, and support explicit, so the change holds, the people carrying it stay, and the business sees the return it planned for.
